Large mobile lifting servo pay-off machine (can only be used for shaft loading) shaft diameter 400-800 mm, shaft width 500 mm This machine is a heavy-duty roller-type automatic pay-off stand. When installing the wire reel, you only need to place the wire reel between the two rollers.
The pay-off machine can move over like a trolley and lift the bobbin through the lifting motor.
There is no need to manually carry the bobbin, which greatly simplifies the process of installing and replacing wires.
The rotation of the reel is driven by a servo motor, and the pay-off speed can be automatically adjusted according to the position of the pulley.
The higher the pulley position, the faster the pay-off speed. This machine has a forward and reverse switching function, so you don't need to consider the front and back of the bobbin when installing the reel, and the reel is easy to install.
