This is a semi-automatic wire number tube wearing and crimping machine. It can process wire stripping, twisting, wire number tube printing, inserting and loose pre-insulated tubular terminal crimping at one time.
Feature:
1.Function: wire stripping, twisting, wire number tube printing, inserting and loose pre-insulated tubular terminal crimping.
2.Automatically print the number tube, and the length can be set arbitrarily within the range of 15-37mm. Automatically adjust the printing direction of the number tube, which can adapt to the number tube of different material types. The utilization rate of the number tube is high, and the slightly flat number tube can be processed.
3.Print content can be imported as a table. The machine will automatically remind the user to input the corresponding color according to the color change of the inner core wires.
4.Automatic detection function: wire plug-in detection, wire end trigger detection, number tube missing detection, color tape detection, terminal missing detection
