Product Introduction

1. The machine is driven by 16 wheels, with strong power and high precision. The belt feeding system can ensure no damage to the surface of wire. It is widely used in the processing of medical, communication, power cables, sheathed wires, soft and hard wires.
2. The pressing force of incoming and outgoing wheels can be set directly in the program, without manual adjustment of wheel pressure. The outlet wheel also has the function of automatic lifting wheel. When stripping the wire head, the outlet wheel can automatically lift up to avoid collision. Therefore, the stripping length range of the wire head is greatly increased, and the lifting height of the outlet wheel can also be directly set in the program.
3. Color touch screen operation interface, parameters intuitive and easy to understand, only a simple training can quickly operate the machine; the machine also has a three-layer stripping program, which can be divided into three layers of stripping, or stripping at most three times when the stripping length is long; 100 groups of program memory function is provided, and the processing parameters of different wires can be stored in different program numbers.
